Standard
Maintenance:
Mow/Edge/Blow on a month to month basis. Monthly
cost will vary based on number of visits per
month. There is an extra charge, based on
time/materials, for any additional service
requested.
Full Maintenance: Covers
common residential landscape needs on a
scheduled basis with flat rate pricing each
month, year round. Bed weeding year round. Shrub
trimming April-October. Annual agreement is not
required, however, the monthly price is lower
with annual agreement. Option to designate
annual agreement or month to month is available
on this form and service will be priced/ billed
accordingly. With annual agreement, service
continues on a month to month basis after
initial 12 month term.
Additional Services:
Priced separately and are optional. Confirm any
one or all of these services on this form. If
there is a flower or color preference, please
let us know, otherwise we plant what we feel is
aesthetically pleasing. Mulch is priced using a
shredded, dark hardwood variety. Specialty
mulches can be used but generally add $1.50+/bag
to the cost. Labor and parts needed to make
repairs during sprinkler system Test & Adjust
are in addition to fee listed on this form.
Shrub trim only necessary with Standard
Maintenance.
General:
All services are subject
to state sales tax. This is in addition to the
quoted prices. Service plans billed at the end
of each month with payment due by the 10th of
every month. Written notice is required to
cancel service plans. Upon receipt of such
notice, all services will stop at the end of the
current billing cycle. Cancellation of Full
Maintenance (annual agreement) prior to end of
12 month term will result in a $200.00 early
cancellation fee added to the final bill.
