Includes:  standard service
             + plus +
Shrub & ground cover trim  (monthly)
Flower bed weeding  (monthly)
Fertilizer &/or Pre-emergent  (5 applications/ yr.)
Leaf clean up  (bi-weekly, Nov.—Jan.) **

Trim Crape Myrtles (upon request) Jan.

* This service plan is intended to be a year round maintenance plan.
** In areas where properties do not have mature trees, a modified Full Service plan will be offered to adjust for this on an individual customer basis.
